Packaging

If you select email delivery, your voucher will be sent as an attachment which you may choose to print. Vouchers sent by post will be delivered in our beautiful gift boxes. Please confirm how many boxes are required. (Minimum one voucher per box).

Delivery

Email vouchers will be sent once the order is completed.

Postal vouchers ordered before 12 noon will be issued and dispatched on the same (working) day. Gift vouchers ordered after 12 noon, will be issued and dispatched on the following (working) day.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding any public or bank holidays. If a gift voucher is ordered after 12 noon on a Friday, it will be issued and dispatched on the following Monday.

DPD delivery is available for orders to mainland UK. All vouchers will require a signature at the point of delivery. Delivery days are Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
